Hey guys-
This is Rachel (AKA the drummer). I just wanted to say hi to you all/y'all, and tell you a little about myself. By the way, excuse the title, it's a (not really) long story. Anyway:
1. I've been playing drums for around 3 or 4 years now
2. My favorite bands are the Beatles, Nirvana (R.I.P. KDC), the Smiths, and Green Day (BILLIE JOE!)
3. I like using long words like idiosyncratic, which would actually describe me pretty well (if you don't know what it means, go look it up and you have just learned your new piece of info for the day)
4. I know most of the world's capitals. (Slight exaggeration; true if we use 'most' loosely)
5. I like Europe. This is oddly random, but it has a charm that the US just hasn't caught yet. London is the best.
6. Favorite Movies: Forrest Gump, School of Rock, Perks of Being a Wallflower (that's one of my favorite books too). There are likely many more that I'm having trouble remembering right now.
7. Latin may or may not be my favorite subject, and the same goes for English
8. In case you haven't noticed, I really enjoy using parentheses
